Resumen:
La
situación crítica en la que estamos inmersos representa un enorme desafío en un
vasto número de ámbitos humanos. Los retos que afrontábamos parecen caminar a
un paso más acelerado que las soluciones que hemos pretendido dar a ellos.
Considero relevante reconocer en primer término, la obsolescencia en la que han
caído los esquemas morales que rigen nuestro espectro de acción colectiva. Es
apremiante aceptar que éstos son susceptibles de valoración y revisión a través
de los diferentes estadios de la vida humana y que la juventud debe asumir el
compromiso de hacerlo por estar vinculados con los avances emergentes. Desde
luego que el esfuerzo debe involucrar a la sociedad civil para de esta forma
consagrar una trascendencia general. Solo así, nuestro discurso moral cambiará
positivamente y se encaminará al desarrollo y bienestar.
Abstract: The critical situation in which our societies are
immersed represents a huge task in a vast number of human spheres. The
challenges we face seem to run at a faster pace than the solutions we have
tried to give them. In order to confront this situation, I consider the
importance of highlighting the prevailing obsolescence in our moral schemes
which tend to guide our action spectrum. It is imperative to recognize that
these are subject to review and appreciation through the different stages of
human life, and that the youth must assume the commitment of doing so, because
of their deep link with the emerging advances. Of course that this effort must
include the participation of civil society so that general transcendence can be
achieved. Only this can change our moral discourse in a positive fashion aiming
for development and well-being.
