Resumen: Si bien el derecho ofrece puntos de partida que lideran hacia respuestas dentro de los conflictos que caen en el ámbito de decisión judicial, las opciones no se limitan a hallarse en la letra legislada y es preciso, recurrir a elementos extrasistemáticos de la ley. Los principios cobran importante relevancia en esta cuestión pero, ¿pueden liderar a una respuesta única?
Abstract: Even though law provides some hints aiming for answers to the controversies falling within judicial decision ambit, all the options are not limited to be found in the legislated text, therefore, it is imperative to resort to elements outside of the law spectre. Principles assume a remarkable relevance on this subject but, do they lead to a unique answer?
